Are you compassionate, reliable, and passionate about providing care and love to infants? We’re seeking a dedicated Infant/Nursery Teacher to help create a nurturing environment where our youngest learners can thrive. This is a part-time position in the afternoons, with the potential to become full-time. You must be available to work until 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

Pay: Starts at $11/hour with a High School diploma and no prior childcare experience. $13/hour with a CDA. Rates increase with education and experience, up to $19.45/hour.
What You'll Do:
- Provide a safe, loving, and engaging environment for infants in your care.
- Feed infants (bottles and solid foods as appropriate).
- Change diapers and maintain clean, hygienic play, sleep, and changing areas.
- Comfort infants with singing, cuddling, and attentive care.
- Supervise play and help infants develop motor and social skills.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and volunteers to create a supportive community.
- Observe infants’ medical needs and respond appropriately.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the center.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience working with infants.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and sit on the floor for extended periods.
- Able to pass a fingerprint background check.
