In this role, you’ll help nurture the growth of our littlest learners, supporting their physical, social, and emotional development in a dynamic and inclusive space. Pay: Starts at $13/hour with a High School diploma and no prior child care experience; $15/hour with a CDA. Rates increase with education and experience, up to $19/hour.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with infants required.
• Able to pass a fingerprint background check.
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Extended periods of time sitting on the floor.

Duties:

• Provide a safe and loving environment for the infants in his/her care.
• Give bottles to infants as provided by parents.
• Feed infants' solid foods as age appropriate and provided by parents.
• Change diapers as needed.
• Soothe infants by singing to and cuddling them.
• Supervise infants on the floor as they play with age appropriate toys.
• Ensure play, sleep and changing areas are kept clean
