Pro Re Bona Early Learning Center is managed by Chambliss Center for Children, and is located at 1707 Dodds Avenue, Chattanooga, TN.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10am - 2pm. 

Pay: Starts at $13/hour with a High School diploma and no prior child care experience; $15/hour with a CDA. Rates increase with education and experience.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a fingerprint background screening
• Early Childhood Education experience referred.
• Ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
• Passion for working with children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists the teacher in all activities of the assigned group of children when on duty, including the supervision of children inside and outside the building, during special events, and during all other activities.
• Assists in carrying out all activities scheduled for the assigned group of children.
• Maintains an orderly classroom.
• Maintains a positive and cooperative relationship with all staff, parents, and volunteers of the agency.
• Performs other duties assigned by the Lead Teacher and the Executive Director or Associate Directors of Extend Child Care.
