Pro Re Bona Early Learning Center is looking for a part-time cook to prepare breakfast and lunch for the children in our care (ages infant to 5 years). Pay starts at $11.00/hour and depends on experience.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am-1:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize all cookware, plates, utensils, etc. 
• Order food and products so as to adhere to prescribed menu, follow all USDA requirements.
• Other duties as assigned by the site director.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a fingerprint background screen.
• Experience with food preparation and cooking required.
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
• Must have reliable transportation.
