Position Details:

  • Location: Pro Re Bona Early Learning Center, 1707 Dodds Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37404.
  • Pay: Starts at $13/hour with a High School diploma and no prior child care experience; $15/hour with a CDA. Rates increase with education and experience, up to $19.45/hour.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to pass a fingerprint background check.
  • Experience in Early Childhood Education is a plus, but we encourage anyone with a passion for working with children to apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Stay engaged and supervise children in your care, ensuring safety and promoting active participation in all activities.
  • Plan and lead activities that support children’s development in social, emotional, physical, and cognitive areas.
  • Maintain an organized and supportive classroom environment.
  • Build positive relationships with staff, parents, and volunteers.
  • Be attentive to the health and well-being of children, responding to their needs as appropriate.
