At Pro Re Bona Early Learning Center, we are looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals eager to create positive change in the lives of children.  We are seeking full-time teachers to join our team working with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years . As a teacher, you’ll play a key role in fostering the intellectual, emotional, and social growth of our youngest learners.

Position Details:

  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm
  • Pay: From $13.00 per hour with a high school diploma and limited experience; from $15.00 per hour with a CDA; increasing with education and experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience working with children in a classroom setting strongly preferred.
  • Able to pass a fingerprint background check.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay engaged and supervise children in your care, ensuring safety and promoting active participation in all activities.
  • Plan and lead activities that support children’s development in social, emotional, physical, and cognitive areas.
  • Maintain an organized and supportive classroom environment.
  • Build positive relationships with staff, parents, and volunteers.
  • Be attentive to the health and well-being of children, responding to their needs as appropriate.
  • Perform other work-related duties assigned by the Site Director.
