As our Office Administrator, you'll be the first person families, visitors, and community partners meet when they walk through our doors. More importantly, you'll play a vital role in helping our early childhood programs run smoothly so our teachers can focus on what matters most—the children.

What We Offer
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Pay: $17-20 based on education and experience

What You'll Do
- Greet families, visitors, volunteers, and community partners with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing outstanding customer service.
- Process childcare tuition payments and maintain accurate payment records; provide payment reminders to families as needed.
- Contact parents regarding child illnesses or other program needs.
- Coordinate annual family income reviews and required documentation.
- Maintain daily child attendance records.
- Manage enrollment inquiries and maintaining program waiting lists.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, and other administrative documents.
- Assist with parent communications through approved communication platforms and social media.
What we are looking for:
- Associate degree in Business, Office Administration, Early Childhood Education, or a related field preferred.
- At least two years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated cultural competency and sensitivity working with diverse populations.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
