What You’ll Do:

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for 3‑year‑old children throughout the day.
• Plan and lead age‑appropriate activities that support social, emotional, physical, and early learning development.
• Maintain active supervision and follow all safety, licensing, and supervision requirements.
• Establish consistent daily routines with smooth transitions that support young children’s needs.
• Use positive guidance strategies to support behavior, independence, and social skills.
• Keep the classroom clean, organized, and welcoming, following daily cleaning and sanitizing routines.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with families, teaching team members, and center leadership.

What You Need:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Be able to pass a fingerprint background check.
• Experience working with children in a classroom setting
• Patience, adaptability, and compassion for working with young children
• Ability to  frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit on the floor to engage with children
• Ability of lift and carry up to 40 pounds occasionally
